Pre & Postnatal

Content coming soon..........

Knowing how to negotiate staying active throughout motherhood can be daunting, I am here to help! I aim to create a space on this page with handy hints and tips that will take you from pregnancy through to birth and beyond. It's really important to gain support from a Pre & Postnatal specialist when returning to fitness, or embarking on a new exercise programme.

If it's group classes you're after, check out MumPower - my series of group exercises classes designed for mums and mums-to-be.

I had my second son at the end of December and when my periods came back after 12 weeks (yay me) I really struggled with low mood and lethargy. This class and getting back in to fitness has had a massive impact on my mental health. I am feeling more energetic, positive and happy by doing more exercise and having the motivation from Rhiannon and a regular class to go to. On my first session my son was not a happy bunny as he was tired and Rhiannon held him for me so I could carry on for probably about half the class. There’s no stress or judgement when little ones are wondering off, upset, crying, generally being little tinkers. You do what you can and you focus on baby if you need to. There’s always modifications for the exercises if you are struggling with the impact level and Rhiannon makes sure you aren’t pushing yourself harder than you should be. Cannot recommend enough! ❤️
