Rhiannon Bailey Fitness offers a range of fitness classes and services, based in the Tamar Valley. I'm a pre & postnatal specialist, and really understand how to support ladies throughout all stages of motherhood, however my classes cater for all women, whatever their goals.

Group exercise classes offer a fun, affordable way of getting active in a motivating atmosphere. Personal training is perfect for those with specific goals, with sessions 100% tailored to you. Online coaching is a great option for people who are looking for some extra accountability, support or cannot get to classes.
