MumPower
MumPower- The class is 45 minutes long, great for those who want to develop their fitness in a fun and social way. Expect cardio and strength workouts, with a dedicated core section at the end. Themes will vary each week to include those such as upper body, lower body, core, cardio, unilateral strength, returning to impact, etc. 

Babies and children welcome - toys and mats provided. The class is split between Babies and Toddlers. Baby class is suitable from around 6-8 weeks postnatal, up until the baby is wobbly walking. Toddler classes allow toddlers & pre schoolers the opportunity to play with age appropriate toys, snack or join in. 

Modification are available for all fitness levels and I will be on hand to demonstrate exercises, help you with your children and manage the class.

RB Fitness: Bootcamp & 'Glute Camp'  
Perfect for that bit of 'me time', when you are ready to step things up a gear. You don't have to be a mum to come along, but if you are...I suggest you are at least 6 months postnatal, with no recovery issues. These sessions are an hour long, and designed to challenge you! Think games, challenges and a higher intensity main circuit, I use equipment and a variety of session formats to keep things interesting. These sessions are an hour long and include access to an online group where I will set an optional weekly challenge to complete in between classes. Worried you aren't fit enough? Well - I can modify exercises to suit all abilities so you can work at your own pace. With indoor and outdoor options there is a bootcamp for everyone. 


Glute Camp is a relatively new class, which offers 30 minutes of dedicated core & glute work - usually following on from evening bootcamps during the winter. We start with some mobility work and then get stuck in to some core work, with exercises progressing throughout the month. I use a mixture of moves working your deep core muscles, to build a super strong foundation. We also move on to glute exercises, using resistance bands to really target the glute muscles. 


Both classes are open to all women, (suggested 6 months postnatal for bootcamp) and all of them can be modified to suit all fitness levels as you build your strength and fitness.

Rhiannon is brilliant and very knowledgeable in all things pre and post natal! She makes classes fun and it makes things so much easier being able to take the children, gives you a bit of yourself back. It’s a lovely social environment for the kids as well as the mums, you’re treated as an individual as opposed to just being in an exercise class. I couldn’t recommend these classes more!!
