This is an accountability programme, open to anyone who wants the support. Over the 6 weeks you will receive support from myself, as well as access to my continually developing programme. You will have a tracker to complete each week, which you send across to me every Sunday. Monday morning you will then get a bespoke voice note check in, supporting you for the upcoming week, setting goals, suggesting ways in which you could continually develop your healthy habits. Think of it as light touch online personal training.
You also gain a 6 week workout plan you can complete at home. This has core, strength & cardio workouts as well as stretching & additional educational videos. Nutrition support is included in the package with optional food tracking & calorie counting which is reviewed each week.
This could be the 'kickstart' you need to cementing some really healthy long term habits. You can also join subsequent programmes as a 'graduate' for a discounted price.
