Group classes on offer
Glute Camp is a relatively new class, which offers 30 minutes of dedicated core & glute work - usually following on from evening bootcamps during the winter. We start with some mobility work and then get stuck in to some core work, with exercises progressing throughout the month. I use a mixture of moves working your deep core muscles, to build a super strong foundation. We also move on to glute exercises, using resistance bands to really target the glute muscles.
Both classes are open to all women, (suggested 6 months postnatal for bootcamp) and all of them can be modified to suit all fitness levels as you build your strength and fitness.
