Personal training services
In 2022 I added Personal Training to my group class offering. This service is perfect for those who want to 'level up' their training & really personalise their sessions.
I currently offer personal training from my own priavte studio in St.Anns Chapel as well as a limited number of mobile personal training slots in Saltash every Tuesday.
What is personal training?
Exercise / training that is totally dedicated to your goals, with individually designed sessions.
How long are the sessions?
I generally offer 55 minute personal training sessions. 30 minute sessions are available on request.
How do I book Personal Training sessions?
Firstly, contact me on hello@rhiannonbailefitness.co.uk or via social media. The first step is a FREE consultation, 30 minutes long either in person or on the phone. From here we decide if we are a 'good fit' for each other, before we commit.
Do you do one off sessions?
I generally offer PT sessions in a block of 5, 6 or 7 - aligned with the school term. This is because I take a step back during the holidays to be with the kids, as do the majority of my clients and it also serves as a good natural 'deload' week.
What are your prices?
As at Jan 2024 (contact me for most up to date pricelist):
1 hour - £35, 2:1 - £50, 30 minute - £20.
10% discount for block bookings.
Do I have to be super fit?
Absolutely not - I work with a wide range of people with very different goals. From injury rehab, general health right up to performance based goals.
Do I have to be a mum, or a woman?
Again, I work with a wide range of people...men, women, pre & postnatal and also peri & post menopausal.
